Unique Accomodation, Hand Crafted, Eco Friendly, Spacious, 4 Bedroom House on 12 acres, 5 minutes to Kangaroo Valley and adjacent to Kangaroo River Nature Reserve 

Grey Gums is the product of intense love and care in the design, construction and furnishing of this unique house to complement its bush surroundings. There are many activities to keep kids of all ages busy so the adults can enjoy themselves also.

As many people have told us, the pictures don't do the house justice - but have a look anyway to get a feel for the place. We have summed up some of the important aspects below: 

- sleeps 9 in 4 queen bedrooms and 1 king single

- 2 bathrooms to help people get ready to go at the same time     

- well equipped kitchen

- coffee making machine

- cosy indoor wood heater

- covered patio with large table and barbeque

- outdoor fire pit under the stars

- lots of games/activities for children including a pool table, ping pong table and a foosball table

- set on spacious 12 wooded acres

- quality linen supplied

- HOT outdoor shower and bath tub

 - bush walk on the propety with many plants named and an assortment of figurines to keep the kids interested

 - wildlife such as kangaroos, wallabies, wombats and many different birds and hence we are not able to accept pets

- large lawn to play games on

- close to Kangaroo Valley but feels very isolated

- Owners live on the property and are available to help you but will respect your privacy

 Our normal weekend rate for 6 people for the whole house is $1300 with nothing else to pay except a refundable security deposit. We can easily accommodate up to 9 people.
